Dressed in a yellow and black chequered suit, it does not go unnoticed: “the chequer pattern is a puzzling, enigmatic one, particularly when yellow and black”, Mendini observed, “it has the strength to structure any shape, harnessing it in a hypnotic mesh, also susceptible to virtual deformations.”
